In order to implement the goal of sustainable operation and stable growth of the enterprise, and in response to the international trend of tax governance, SinoPac Holdings has formulated the "Tax Governance Policy".

SinoPac Holdings complies with tax regulations and pays all taxes within the statutory tax-paying period. The income tax paid in 2023 was NT$3,217,904 thousand in which the percentage of income tax paid in accordance with Taiwan tax laws were 74%.
