SinoPac Holdings and subsidiaries aims to promote a robust operation and remain committed to high ethical standard. The Company has established the "Whistleblowing Policy", which clearly defines the reporting channels, case acceptance, investigation, report approval, and procedures for handling violations. Anonymous reports are accepted if they include specific and clear statements along with verifiable information. All reporting information and content are kept confidential, and whistleblower protection provisions are in place to ensure whistleblowers are not subject to unfair treatment or retaliation. If any irregularity or unethical behavior comes to your attention, you can reach us at any time.
The Company's whistleblowing cases are received by Legal & Compliance Division and investigated by Audit Division. For the procedures regarding the handling of whistleblowing cases, please refer to the "Whistleblowing Policy".

Scope of Whistleblowing
- Misappropriation or embezzlement of company funds.
- Unlawful use or unauthorized disposal of company property.
- Forgery that causes loss or damage to the company.
- Disclosing confidential data of company, employees, or clients by intention.
- Taking bribes, committing jobbery, or profiting from improper benefits directly or indirectly when executing managerial or supervisory duties.
- Other suspected criminal act, fraud, or violation of regulations.
For whistleblower's information:
- To facilitate investigation, a whistleblower shall furnish the name, contact information and specific facts available for investigation.
- In case of whistleblower reporting anonymously, reporting without presenting specific evidences, reporting beyond the aforementioned scope, and reporting incidences already under investigation, already reported, or already closed investigations with no new evidence, SinoPac Holdings may not accept the case.
