King's Town Bank was established in 1948, originally known as the Tainan Small and Medium Enterprise Bank. In October 2025, King's Town Bank officially became a wholly owned subsidiary of SinoPac Holdings. Currently, King's Town Bank operates 66 branches across Taiwan, of which 43 are located in Yunlin, Chiayi, and Tainan.
