In response to the COVID-19 pandemic that started in early 2020,The director of the CEO's office of SinoPac Holdings or the top executives of the operation and planning unit of each subsidiary are designated as the coordinator of COVID-19 Command Center to collate information, arrange the supplies, and bolster the mutual support of subsidiaries. SinoPac Holdings formulated the "Business Continuity Plan" in 2020 to use groups that take turns working in the office, remote backup, and work from home backup mechanisms to ensure the supply of stable and high-quality services to customers. In 2021, SinoPac Holdings established the "Response Mechanisms for Simulated Epidemic Conditions" and "Epidemic Reporting and Management Procedures" to work with all employees in epidemic prevention and protect the health and safety of employees and customers.
