Our principal business is to provide 24-hour phone and internet service for Bank SinoPac clients, system operation description, and to disseminate information about new products and services and make other notifications.

SinoPac Call Center in 2015 was the first banking call center company to receive the “SGS QualiCert” certification, ahead of its domestic peers. SinoPac Call Center will continue to optimize its systems and improve its procedures, utilizing technology to push for more convenient services and innovation, proving customers with the highest quality service. At the same time, we will continue to monitor call center related technological developments, and develop more efficient and effective operational technology.
